I bought the player new a couple of years ago but the CD player mechanism now only works intermittently so I am selling the unit as a DAC and digital preamplifier. It accepts three optical (Toslink) inputs and three coaxial inputs (so up to six pieces of equipment can be connected in digital domain) to utilise the very musical internal DAC. The digital volume control is so good that there is no discernable degradation from using the fixed RCA outputs.
It comes with full packaging, remote, manual etc. The casework is unblemished but a couple of the display character lights are illuminating partially (but still legible and with no impact on audio).
If you want both this and the 909 power amplifier I am happy to negotiate. Demo also fine for serious buyers.
