it's suitable for ppl who has job in city, Northbridge, also quite convenient to go north( Morley,..). And it's very good location for new start of backpacker to find job, food shopping, and trasportaion.
Type of people I'm looking for is friendly, tidy, and must be working or studying It's very convenient location suite to students and working Holiday. You can have couple drink but not a heavy drinker, and No smoking in house. Any questions please feel free to text me first .
