If your considering taking out a wall, perhaps between Kitchen / Dining / Lounge areas to provide an open plan living area and bring your house into the 21st Century Then you have come to the right page.
Importantly, before engaging any contractors it is important to employ suitably qualified and experienced contractors, all internal walls are normally structural supporting roof and or ceiling Load.
If not performed correctly or by non proffesional registered builders this can result in a total roof collapse, not only resulting in massive repairs you will have to foot out for, but also risk of life.
Our work normally involves adding additional steel beams to your roof, and redistributing roof loads where walls are removed. Thereafter we will replace or repair the ceiling where required or as agreed, also on previous wall junctions we will plaster walls to a seamless finish leaving everything ready for you to just paint.
During the demolition process we can normally disconnect all plumbing and electrical as we go, this will save you $$$$ not having to call out plumbers and electricians before hand, but only once in the end to install all new lights plumbing etc.
On completion we dispose of and clean any obvious rubbish and rubble into skip bins.
To remove walls normally starts from as little as $3800.00 for a complete job ready to paint and our rubbish removed, additional walls are usually substantially less.
Building licences if required or desired can be organized through our buiding surveyor at an additional charge or left until all renovations are completed.
